Die Fachstelle für persönliche Beratung (FpB) bietet systemisch-lösungsorientierte Beratung für Jugendliche, Einzelpersonen und Familie (JEFB) sowie spezifische Frauenberatung (FB) an. Sie unterstützt Menschen in unterschiedlichen Lebenssituationen mit fachlicher und persönlicher Beratung. Im Zentrum der Arbeit steht die Stärkung der Eigenverantwortung durch eine ressourcen- und lösungsorientierte Beratungspraxis. Das Angebot umfasst sowohl die Begleitung freiwilliger Ratsuchender als auch die Umsetzung gesetzlicher Aufträge. Für die Erweiterung dieses Bereichs suchen wir am Standort in 4310 Rheinfelden per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine\*n

Das bewegst du bei uns:

* Eigenverantwortliche Mandatsführung von Kindesschutzmassnahmen nach Auftrag des Familiengerichts (KESB) * Abklärungen im Bereich Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz und Erstellung fachspezifischer Sozialberichte für die Behörde * Zielorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Fachstellen und dem privaten Umfeld der Klientel * Beratung und Unterstützung von Klient\*Innen in sozialen, persönlichen und finanziellen Angelegenheiten * Durchführung von Einzel-, Paar- und Familiengesprächen, Standortgesprächen, Krisengespräche * Entwicklung und Umsetzung von individuellen Hilfeplänen * Dokumentation und Berichtswesen * Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachstellen und Institutionen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der sozialen, systemischen und lösungsorientierten Beratung ist von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Kindesschutz von Vorteil
  • Empathie, Teamfähigkeit, Humor, Belastbarkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
