Wir helfen Menschen. Caritas Solothurn ist ein Hilfswerk mit vielfältigen Aufgaben im ganzen Kanton.

Sozialarbeiter\*in 50% (m/w/d) - befristet ##

Caritas Solothurn führt im Auftrag der drei Landeskirchen, sowie mehreren Kirchgemeinden im unteren und oberen Kanton Solothurn Kirchliche regionale Sozialberatungen (KSB). Für die Kirchliche Sozialberatung Olten-Gäu-Niederamt suchen wir am Standort Olten als Mutterschaftsvertretung eine\n engagierte\n Sozialarbeiter\*in.

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Freiwillige und niederschwellige Sozialberatung     
  • Qualifizierte Triage an spezifische Fachstellen
  • Vertretung der Stelle gegen aussen
  • Öffentlichkeits- und Sensibilisierungsarbeit
  • Vernetzung mit Partnerorganisationen in der Region

Sie sind ins Team von Caritas Solothurn eingebunden und arbeiten eng mit den Mitarbeitenden der KSB Solothurn-Grenchen zusammen.

Das bringen Sie mit ###

  • Fachhochschulabschluss in Sozialer Arbeit oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse. Mündliche und schriftliche Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
  • Gute Vermittlungs- und Beratungsfähigkeiten
  • Hohe transkulturelle Kompetenzen
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Sozialwesens im Kanton Solothurn

Sie sind initiativ, kommunikativ sowie in der Lage, verschiedene Aufgaben unter einen Hut zu bringen und entsprechend Prioritäten zu setzen. Sie bringen eine selbständige Arbeitsweise, Offenheit und Interesse an der Arbeit auf einer polyvalenten Sozialberatungsstelle mit.
