Die Gemeinde Zell präsentiert sich in der Region Winterthur als ländliche Gemeinde auf rund 13 km2 mit attraktiver Infrastruktur und guter Verkehrsanbindung in die Städte Winterthur und Zürich als moderner Lebensmittelpunkt für bald 7-000 Einwohner/innen. Die Gemeindeverwaltung wird mit modernem Geschäftsleitungsmodell geführt.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine initiative Persönlichkeit als

Sozialarbeiter/in (50 %-Pensum) ##

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Einwohner/innen in sozialen oder wirtschaftlichen Notlagen
  • Selbständige Fallführung im Rahmen der Sozialhilfe gemäss kantonalem Recht
  • Prüfung und Ausrichtung von Unterstützungsleistungen sowie Geltendmachung von möglichen vorgelagerten Leistungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachstellen (z.B. RAV, ALK, SVA, NGO, Suchtberatung, etc.)
  • Verfassen von Anträgen zuhanden der Gesellschaftskommission
  • Aktenführung im Fallführungssystem (Tutoris) sowie fallbezogene Administration

Ihr Profil - Sie- ###

  • bringen einen Abschluss in Sozialer Arbeit (FH) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
  • verfügen über gute Kenntnisse im Sozialhilferecht sowie Routine im digitalen Arbeiten (CMI, Tutoris)
  • haben Berufserfahrung im Bereich der wirtschaftlichen Sozialhilfe
  • haben ein sicheres Auftreten, Empathie und Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Menschen
  • bevorzugen eine strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • sind eine entscheidungsfreudige und belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • mögen eine klare und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation
