? Beratung und Fallführung im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Sozialhilfe

? Prüfung und Ausrichtung der Sozialhilfe

? Förderung der beruflichen/sozialen Integration der Klienten

? Prüfung und Geltendmachung von subsidiären Ansprüchen

? Falldokumentation, Berichterstattung und Antragsstellung

? Interinstitutionelle Zusammenarbeit mit Dritt- und Fachstellen Deine Kompetenzen - das bringst Du mit

- Du bringst bereits Know-how als Berater/in im Bereich der Sozialhilfe und/oder Sozialversicherungen mit

- Du hast einen Abschluss in Sozialer Arbeit (FH) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in der Tasche

- Die Arbeit mit und für Menschen ist deine Herzensangelegenheit - du gehst darin auf

- Du liebst es, zu unterstützen, trittst dabei sicher auf und weisst, wann du dich durchsetzen musst

- Der Umgang mit gängigen Tools wie MS-Office/MS365 ist für dich Routine. Kenntnisse in Tutoris und CMI sind ein grosses Plus Unser Plus für Dich
