The posting

Wohlen ist die grösste Gemeinde im Freiamt und die viertgrösste im Kanton Aargau. Mit mehr als 18-300 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern und rund 8-500 Arbeitsplätzen ist Wohlen der wichtigste Wohn- und Wirtschaftsstandort im Freiamt und übernimmt wesentliche Zentrumsfunktionen. Die Abteilung Soziale Dienste hilft Menschen in Notlagen mit materieller und persönlicher Hilfe und Integrationsprogrammen. Das derzeit fünfköpfige Team der Sozialen Dienste betreut rund 400 Dossiers und wird unterstützt durch eine Administration.Die Sozialen Dienste besetzen eine Stelle für die Betreuung in der materiellen und persönlichen Hilfe, wobei der persönlichen Hilfe besonderes Gewicht zukommt.

Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als

Sozialarbeiter/in 60 - 80 % ##

Aufgabenschwerpunkte

  • Sozialarbeit (Fallführung materielle Hilfe) im gesetzlichen sowie im präventiven Rahmen nach SPG/SPV, insbesondere Ausrichtung der wirtschaftlichen Sozialhilfe im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und enge Beratung und Unterstützung in Kooperation mit den Klientinnen und Klienten
  • Freiwillige Beratungen / persönliche Hilfe an Unterstützungssuchende und die Bevölkerung
  • Betreuung von Dossiers aus dem Asyl- und Flüchtlingsbereich
  • Erarbeitung von Sozialberichten im Auftrag der Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Sozialdiensten, Behörden, Gerichten, Institutionen und Fachstellen

Anforderungsprofil

  • Fachhochschulabschluss in sozialer Arbeit von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Ausrichtung von wirtschaftlicher Sozialhilfe und freiwilliger Beratung
  • Erfahrung im Erstellen von Sozialberichten von Vorteil
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen in schwierigen Lebenssituationen
  • Belastbare, initiative, kommunikative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
  • Gute Ausdrucksweise in der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift sowie selbständige Arbeitsweise
