Affoltern am Albis - die erste Stadt im Kanton Zürich ohne Parlament - ist mit über 12'500 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern und rund 500 Mitarbeitenden das Regionalzentrum zwischen Zürich und Zug.

Wir suchen im Bereich der Sozialhilfe nach Vereinbarung für die Dauer einer Mutterschaftsvertretung bis 31.05.2027 eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als

Sozialarbeiter/in (60-80%) ##

Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Abklärungen betreffend persönlicher / wirtschaftlicher Verhältnisse bei Neuaufnahmen
  • Führen von Sozialhilfefällen gemäss SKOS-Richtlinien und Sozialhilfegesetz
  • Beratungen im Rahmen der persönlichen Hilfe
  • Bearbeiten der finanziellen Angelegenheiten der Klientschaft (Erstellen von Budgets, Geltendmachung von finanziellen Ansprüchen gegenüber Dritten usw.)
  • Formulieren von Anträgen
  • Förderung der beruflichen und sozialen Integration
  • Dokumentieren der Arbeit im Fallführungssystem und Erledigung von administrativen Aufgaben

Ihr Profil:

* Abschluss FH in Sozialer Arbeit oder höhere Fachschule (HF) Sozialpädagogik oder Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung im Sozialwesen, vorzugsweise mit einer Weiterbildung (Fachspezialist/in Öffentliches Sozialwesen IVM, Sozialversicherungsfachmann/frau mit eidg. Fachausweis) oder Bereitschaft, eine solche zu absolvieren * Sozialversicherungskenntnisse von Vorteil * Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten * Selbständige, verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
