Die Gemeinde Büren a.A. ist eine regionale Zentrumsgemeinde, welche ein breites Dienstleistungsangebot anbietet. Eine der vier Abteilungen ist der Regionale Sozialdienst (RSD), welcher für das Einzugsgebiet von zehn Gemeinden mit gut 12-850 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern zuständig ist.

Wir suchen per 01.11.2026 oder nach Vereinbarung für unseren polyvalenten Sozialdienst eine/n

Sozialarbeiter:in 60-80% ##

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Abklären, ausrichten und vermitteln von wirtschaftlicher Sozialhilfe oder anderen Unterstützungsleistungen
  • Bearbeiten von Abklärungsaufträgen und Führen von Mandaten im Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz
  • Präventive Beratung von hilfesuchenden Menschen und ihrer Bezugspersonen
  • Administrative Arbeiten in direktem Zusammenhang mit der Fallführung mit Unterstützung des Admin-Teams
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen, Institutionen und Behörden

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sozialarbeiter:in (B.A./FH)
  • Gerne mit Berufserfahrungen eines polyvalenten Sozialdienstes
  • Flair für herausfordernde Situationen und rechtliche Fragen
  • Belastbare, teamfähige, humorvolle Person
  • Speditive, zuverlässige, lösungsorientierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise und vernetztes Denken
  • Gute PC-Anwender-Kenntnisse, von Vorteil Fallführung mit KLIB
