Ihr Wirkungsfeld ###

  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Klientinnen und Klienten in schwierigen Lebenssituationen sowie gemeinsame Entwicklung nachhaltiger Perspektiven für deren berufliche und soziale Integration
  • Selbständige Fallführung von spannenden Sozialhilfedossiers im Fallführungssystem (KLIB), wobei Sie intern durch das Team Administration entlastet werden, auf die interne Fachstelle ChanceZ! zurückgreifen können und eng im erfahrenen Sozialhilfe-Team zusammenarbeiten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Fachstellen, Sozialversicherungen und Behörden, sowie Ausrichten von Leistungen zur Existenzsicherung gemäss den geltenden kantonalen gesetzlichen Grundlagen

Sie passen zu uns, wenn Sie ###

  • über einen Abschluss in Sozialer Arbeit auf Tertiärstufe (FH, HF oder Universität) oder über eine gleichwertige Ausbildung verfügen
  • idealerweise Erfahrung in der gesetzlichen Sozialhilfe mit fundierten fachlichen Kenntnissen und Berufserfahrung auf einem Sozialdienst oder bei einer Fachstelle mitbringen
  • gerne in einem aufgestellten und engagierten Team arbeiten, welche Sie durch Ihre humorvolle und aufgestellte Art bereichern
