Schwarzenburg zählt rund 7000 Einwohner\*innen. Die vielfältige Gemeinde mit historischem Dorfkern liegt im Naturpark Gantrisch und ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Schwarzenburg ist das regionale Zentrum im Dreieck von Bern, Thun und Freiburg.

Der Sozialdienst Schwarzenburg sucht nach wie vor eine Sozialarbeiter\*in! Es ist aber anders als Du wahrscheinlich denkst:

Die vergangenen bewegten Monate haben uns positiv geprägt und wir sind ein aufgestelltes, vielseitiges und motiviertes Team, welches ab Januar 2027 von einer Co\-Leitung geführt wird. In den Bereichen Sozialhilfe und KES werden wir von Fachkräften angeleitet. Die erfahrene Sachbearbeitung unterstützt uns. Unsere ansprechenden Büroräumlichkeiten befinden sich in einem rustikal\-modernen Gebäude.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

Sozialhilfe

  • Abklärung, Bemessung und Ausrichtung von Sozialhilfeleistungen
  • Beratung und Betreuung von Sozialhilfe\-Beziehenden
  • Präventive Beratung zur Vermittlung von Informationen, Vernetzung und Beratung von Ratsuchenden

Kindes\- und Erwachsenenschutz

  • Mandatsführung von Erwachsenen sowie Minderjährigen
  • Abklärung von Gefährdungsmeldungen
  • Weitere Aufträge der KESB und von Gerichten

Dein Profil

  • Diplom in Sozialer Arbeit FH/HFS/BSc
  • Erfahrung (mind. Praktikum) in der gesetzlichen Sozialarbeit (Sozialhilfe und/oder KES)
  • Gute EDV\-Kenntnisse (wir arbeiten mit dem Fallführungssystem KLIB)
  • Du bist selbständig, engagiert, belastbar und findest Dich auch in herausfordernden Situationen gut zurecht
  • Du arbeitest ziel\- und lösungsorientiert, bist empathisch und kannst Dich bei Bedarf durchsetzen. Du bist teamfähig, loyal und arbeitest gerne systemisch und interdisziplinär
