Integres ist die Integrationsfachstelle der Region Schaffhausen und zuständig für die Beratung und Information von zugezogenen Menschen. Als kantonale Anlaufstelle für Diskriminierungsschutz und interkulturelle Konflikte setzen wir uns zudem für ein respektvolles und vielfältiges Zusammenleben ein. Darüber hinaus realisieren wir vielfältige Projekte in den Bereichen Zusammenleben und Partizipation, Umgang mit Vielfalt, Sprachförderung und frühe Kindheit.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir per 1. Januar 2027 eine:n

Sozialarbeiter:in Bereich Integration (50%)

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

  • Aktive Mitarbeit beim Aufbau eines Schlüsselpersonennetzwerks
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Sozialberatung
  • Sozialberatung rund um die Themen Migration und Integration

Was du mitbringen solltest

* Affinität für und Interesse an Migrations- und Integrationsfragen * Ausbildung in Sozialer Arbeit oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * Erfahrung oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Beratung * Kenntnisse in den Bereichen der Sozialberatung  (Wohnen, Arbeit, Arbeitsuche, Familien, Sozialversicherungen etc.) * Freude am Netzwerken und an der Arbeit mit Menschen * Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität sowie Motivation, sich in einem kleinen Team einzubringen * Erfahrung oder Weiterbildung in der Projektarbeit (konzeptionell und operativ) * Gute Vernetzung in der Region Schaffhausen von Vorteil
