Kilchberg ist eine attraktive Gemeinde angrenzend zur Stadt Zürich am linken Zürichseeufer mit rund 9'500 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern, einem abwechslungsreichen Freizeit- und Kulturangebot sowie einem weitläufigen Naherholungsgebiet. Die rund 180 Mitarbeitenden der Gemeindeverwaltung erbringen in verschiedenen Berufsgruppen umfassende, vielseitige und kundenorientierte Dienstleistungen. Für die Abteilung Soziales/Gesundheit suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams per 1. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte und versierte Persönlichkeit als 

Sozialarbeiter/in 60 - 80 % ##

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Beratung und Begleitung von Einzelpersonen und Familien in persönlichen und finanziellen Fragestellungen
  • Abklärung von wirtschaftlichen Hilfe- und Antragsstellungen an die Sozialkommission
  • Koordination von sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Ansprüchen
  • Vernetzung mit internen und externen Fachstellen und Ansprechpersonen
  • Teilnahme an internen Sitzungen
  • Erledigung von administrativen Aufgaben

Ihre Kompetenzen

  • Fachhochschulabschluss in Sozialer Arbeit
  • Erfahrung in der gesetzlichen Sozialarbeit von Vorteil
  • Sozialversicherungskenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Stilsichere mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit
  • Sicherheit in administrativen Belangen
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse der MS-Office-Programme
  • Belastbare, teamfähige und flexible Persönlichkeit
