Der Regionale Sozialdienst Untere Emme ist für die gesetzliche Sozialhilfe, den Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz sowie das Alimenteninkasso der Gemeinden Aefligen, Bätterkinden, Kernenried, Kirchberg, Lyssach, Rüdtligen-Alchenflüh, Rüti b. Lyssach, Utzenstorf, Wiler und Zielebach zuständig. Der Sozialdienst berät und unterstützt die rund 20-500 Einwohner\*innen bei persönlichen, finanziellen und familiären Problemen. Welches sind Ihre Aufgabenbereiche?

Sie arbeiten in Kirchberg auf einem polyvalenten Sozialdienst in den Bereichen Sozialhilfe sowie Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz. Sie beraten und betreuen Menschen in schwierigen Lebenslagen, klären die persönlichen und wirtschaftlichen Verhältnisse ab, vereinbaren individuelle Ziele und richten Unterstützungsleistungen aus. Im Auftrag der Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde KESB machen Sie Abklärungen und führen beistandschaftliche Mandate.

Es besteht zudem die Möglichkeit, sich fachlich oder thematisch in der Sozialarbeit zu spezialisieren, sofern Interesse und Eignung vorhanden sind. Bitte geben Sie allfällige Präferenzen bei Ihrer Bewerbung an.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung an einer Fachhochschule für Soziale Arbeit sowie Berufserfahrung im Aufgabenbereich mit. Sie sind es gewohnt, vielfältige Beziehungen zu pflegen und anspruchsvolle Zielsetzungen kooperativ und ressourcenorientiert zu erreichen. Sie sind belastbar, arbeiten lösungsorientiert und haben mit administrativen Aufgaben keine Mühe. Sie schätzen ein gutes Arbeitsklima in einem kollegialen Team und bringen eine positive Grundhaltung mit.
