Sozialarbeiter/in im kjz Dietikon Amt für Jugend und Berufsberatung Sozialarbeiter/in im kjz Dietikon 60 \- 80% Das Amt für Jugend und Berufsberatung Kanton Zürich, Geschäftsstelle der Bezirke Affoltern, Dietikon, Horgen, ist ein kantonales Kompetenzzentrum, das in den Bereichen Familie/Jugend und Berufsberatung fachliche Unterstützung anbietet. Das Kinder\- und Jugendhilfezentrum (kjz) ist eine Beratungsstelle für Familien, Eltern, Jugendliche, Kinder sowie Kleinkinder und arbeitet auf der Grundlage des Kinder\- und Jugendhilfegesetzes des Kantons Zürich. Für unser kjz\-Team in Dietikon suchen wir per 1\. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Sozialarbeiter/in. Zugehörigkeit, Sinnhaftigkeit und Kompetenz Wir sind ein eingespieltes Team mit viel Fachkompetenz, Humor und Kreativität. Wir unterstützten uns gegenseitig, arbeiten gerne interdisziplinär und engagieren uns für den Kindesschutz. Aufgaben Sie beraten und begleiten Kinder, Jugendliche und Eltern im Rahmen von Kindesschutzmassnahmen in der Mandatsführung sowie auf freiwilliger Basis. Zudem führen Sie Abklärungen bei Verdacht auf Kindswohlgefährdung im Auftrag der Kinder\- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörden (KESB) durch. Ihre Aufgaben erfüllen Sie in Zusammenarbeit mit Familiensystemen, Behörden, Schulen sowie anderen Institutionen und Fachstellen. Profil Sie verfügen über einen Abschluss in Sozialer Arbeit (FH) und bringen Erfahrung in der Jugend\- und Familienhilfe mit. Wir suchen Sie als lösungsorientierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit hohen Sozialkompetenzen, einer wertschätzenden Grundhaltung und Freude an der Teamarbeit. Administrative Tätigkeiten sowie die Erstellung von Berichten und Aktennotizen fallen Ihnen leicht.
