Unsere stiftungseigene Sozialberatung ist eine niederschwellige Beratungsstelle für Menschen in Notlagen und schwierigen Lebenssituationen. Diese Beratungsstelle ergänzt subsidiär das Angebot der anderen sozialen Institutionen des Kantons Zürich und arbeitet mit diesen zusammen. Sie ist ebenfalls zuständig für die sozialarbeiterische Beratung der Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen in der Notschlafstelle Nemo sowie im neu eröffneten Pfarrer-Sieber-Huus.

Sozialarbeiter:in im Pfarrer-Sieber-Huus 50 % ##

Ihre Aufgaben: ###

  • Sozialberatung der Klient:innen im neuen Pfarrer-Sieber-Huus
  • Anwaltschaftliche Vertretung der Klientel gegenüber Ämtern und Behörden
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchsetzung staatlicher Ansprüche
  • Qualifizierte Falldokumentation und Datenerfassung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Betrieben des Sozialwerks Pfarrer Sieber

Ihr Profil: ###

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes FH-Studium in Sozialer Arbeit
  • Sie bringen Berufserfahrung in der niederschwelligen Sozialarbeit mit
  • Sie können unkompliziert auf Menschen zugehen und ersten Kontakt herstellen
  • Sie suchen gerne nach kreativen Lösungen
  • Sie haben gute Kenntnisse der Sozialhilfe, staatlicher Sozialleistungen und der Sozialversicherungen
  • Sie sind sicher und selbstbewusst im Kontakt mit Stellen der öffentlichen Hand
  • Sie haben Freude, ihren Arbeitsalltag selbstständig zu gestalten und Ideen einzubringen

Die Stiftung Sozialwerk Pfarrer Sieber (SWS) setzt sich auf der Basis des Evangeliums für Notleidende ein. Mit rund 200 Mitarbeitenden und 250 Freiwilligen betreibt sie in Zürich und Umgebung mehrere Einrichtungen im Gesundheits- und Sozialbereich und bietet insbesondere Hilfe bei Obdachlosigkeit, Suchtmittelabhängigkeit sowie sonstigen damit verbundenen gesundheitlichen und sozialen Problemen.
