Der Gemeindeverband Jugend-, Familien- und Seniorenberatung Soziale Dienste der Region Baden erbringt für 8 Verbandsgemeinden die Aufgaben eines regionalen, polyvalenten Sozialdienstes am gut erreichbaren Standort in Baden-Dättwil.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte

Sozialarbeiter/in in der Fallführung der materiellen und immateriellen Hilfe 80% - 100% ##

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie prüfen den Anspruch auf wirtschaftliche Sozialhilfe sowie vorrangige Leistungen
  • Sie erledigen die administrativen Arbeiten rund um die Fallführung
  • Sie befähigen Menschen ihre wirtschaftliche und persönliche Selbstständigkeit zu erreichen
  • Sie unterstützen in der beruflichen und gesellschaftlichen Integration
  • Sie bewirtschaften die Daten mit der Software KlibNet

Ihr Profil

  • Eine Ausbildung auf Tertiärstufe in Sozialer Arbeit und Erfahrung in der Fallführung wirtschaftliche Sozialhilfe oder Sozialversicherungsgesetz
  • Sie schätzen vielseitige Arbeit in direktem Kontakt mit Menschen, welche fordernd aber auch erfüllend sein kann,
  • Sie haben die Fähigkeit mit unterschiedlichsten Klientinnen/Klienten, Behörden und Drittstellen Zusammenarbeit konstruktiv zu gestalten
  • Sie ergänzen unser Team mit Humor und Engagement
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit hilfsbedürftigen Menschen
  • Sehr gute Sozialkompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, vernetztes und lösungsorientiertes Denken
