Die Sozialregion Untergäu (SRU) ist ein Zusammenschluss der sieben Gemeinden Boningen, Fulenbach, Gunzgen, Hägendorf, Kappel, Rickenbach und Wangen bei Olten mit rund 20'000 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern. Wir erbringen für unsere Vertragsgemeinden Dienstleistungen in der gesetzlichen Sozialhilfe, im Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz, im Asyl- und Flüchtlingswesen, als Gemeindearbeitsamt sowie als AHV-Zweigstelle.

Per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine motivierte, fachkompetente Persönlichkeit als

Sozialarbeiter/in (50-100%) ##

Ihre Hauptaufgaben ###

  • Beratung und Begleitung von hilfesuchenden Menschen in der Regelsozialhilfe
  • Förderung der sozialen und beruflichen Integration
  • Zusammenarbeit und Weitervermittlung an externe Fachstellen
  • Führung der Falldossiers im KLIBnet sowie physisch
  • Budgetberechnungen, -anpassungen und monatliche Auszahlungen
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Abklärungen sowie Bearbeitung von Anfragen
  • Administrative Aufgaben im Rahmen der Fallführung
  • Überprüfung der Subsidiarität und Geltendmachen finanzieller Ansprüche
  • Verfassen rechtlich korrekter Verfügungen und Einhaltung des Verfahrensrechts

Wir erwarten ###

  • Studienabschluss in Sozialer Arbeit FH / HF oder äquivalente Ausbildung
  • Lösungsorientiertes, strukturiertes Arbeiten und gutes Prozessverständnis
  • Organisatorisches Geschick und klare Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
  • Ausgeprägtes Einfühlungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Präzise, effiziente und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (Office, KLIBnet-Kenntnisse von Vorteil)
