Die Gemeinde Horgen ist als Bezirkshauptort mit knapp 25'000 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern eine attraktive und dynamische Zürichsee-Gemeinde und beschäftigt rund 930 Mitarbeitende.

Unser Sozialdienst unterstützt Menschen in Notlagen durch persönliche Beratung und finanzielle Leistungen im Rahmen der wirtschaftlichen Sozialhilfe. Zudem werden Menschen bei ihrer beruflichen und sozialen Integration begleitet. Diese anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit erfordert hohe Fachkompetenz, Flexibilität, Empathie und ein gutes Gespür für unterschiedliche Lebenssituationen.

Sozialarbeiterin / Sozialarbeiter Sozialhilfe, 80 %. ##

Was dich erwartet ###

* Intake: Anspruchsprüfung und Fallaufnahme * Selbständige Fallführung in der wirtschaftlichen und persönlichen Sozialhilfe gemäss Sozialhilfegesetz (SHG), SKOS-Richtlinien sowie den Richtlinien der Sozialbehörde Horgen * Fallbelastung von derzeit rund 60 Fällen pro Vollzeitstelle (einschliesslich Intake) * Geltendmachung vorgelagerter Leistungen Dritter * Beratung und Begleitung von Menschen in schwierigen Lebenssituationen * Förderung und Unterstützung der beruflichen und sozialen Integration Arbeiten mit der Fallführungssoftware Tutoris

Was dich auszeichnet ###

  • Abschluss als Sozialarbeiterin / Sozialarbeiter FH oder Bachelor in Sozialer Arbeit
  • Berufserfahrung in der gesetzlichen Sozialhilfe oder der Asylfürsorge
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen und schriftlichen Arbeiten
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, auch bei hoher Arbeitsbelastung Prioritäten zu setzen und handlungsfähig zu bleiben.
  • Organisationstalent sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
