Bei den Sozialen Diensten der Stadt Uster steht der Mensch im Zentrum. Wir beraten und unterstützen Menschen in unterschiedlichen Lebenssituationen - professionell, respektvoll und lösungsorientiert. Aufgrund einer Pensionierung suchen wir im Bereich «Sozialberatung und Asylkoordination» für das Team Sozialberatung per 1. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte Person als

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Du richtest wirtschaftliche Sozialhilfe aus und begleitest Menschen auf dem Weg zu mehr Stabilität und Selbständigkeit
  • Du berätst Personen in sozialen, gesundheitlichen, rechtlichen und finanziellen Fragen
  • Du unterstützt und förderst deren berufliche und soziale Integration
  • Du klärst Ansprüche auf subsidiäre Leistungen ab und stellst deren Erschliessung sicher
  • Du führst deine Fälle und Akten selbständig und erarbeitest und vollziehst Entscheide
  • Du arbeitest eng mit deinem Fachteam sowie mit internen und externen Fachstellen, Institutionen, Versicherungen und Behörden zusammen
  • Du bringst deine Erfahrung und deine Ideen ein und gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung unseres Bereichs aktiv mit

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du verfügst über einen Fachhochschulabschluss in Sozialer Arbeit oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung in der gesetzlichen Sozialhilfe mit
  • Du begegnest Menschen in belastenden Situationen wertschätzend, respektvoll und auf Augenhöhe
  • Du verfügst über Beratungs- und Verhandlungsgeschick und arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, gut organisiert und auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen zuverlässig
  • Du bist engagiert, lernbereit und hast Freude daran, dich in Arbeitsgruppen einzubringen und Veränderungen mitzugestalten
  • Du drückst dich mündlich und schriftlich sicher und adressatengerecht aus
  • Administrative Aufgaben liegen dir, und du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Zahlen
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office; Kenntnisse der Fachanwendung KLIB sind von Vorteil
