Der Spitalverbund AR

Der Spitalverbund Appenzell Ausserrhoden mit dem Akutspital Herisau und dem Psychiatrischen Zentrum AR in Herisau stellt die erweiterte medizinische Grundversorgung für die Bevölkerung im Kanton Appenzell Ausserrhoden sicher und ist auch für einen grossen Teil der Bevölkerung der umliegenden Region erste Anlaufstelle. Beide Standorte sind für den Kanton und darüber hinaus versorgungsrelevant.

Wir suchen

In der Klinik für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie unter der Leitung von Frau Dr. med. Mirjana Vidakovic sucht Jan Acklin ein/e Sozialarbeiter / Sozialarbeiter FH im hausinternen Sozialdienst per 1. Dezember 2026 der nach Vereinbarung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sozialberatung von stationären und ambulanten Patienten zu umfangreichen Themen, wie beispielsweise Arbeit und Beschäftigung, Wohnsituation, Sozialversicherungen, Finanzen und Erwachsenenschutz
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Behandlungsteam von Ärzten, Psychologen und dem Pflegeteam
  • Elektronische Verlaufsdokumentationen inklusive Leistungserfassung
  • Einbringen von Fachwissen an Rapporten, interdisziplinären Besprechungen, Teamsitzungen sowie Intervisionen

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben den Bachelor of Science in Sozialer Arbeit erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • 4-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Setting sind wünschenswert
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Theorienorientierte und wertschätzende Grundhaltung
