Fürs Leben gut - so lautet unser Motto. Das Amt für Jugend und Berufsberatung (AJB) ist für die Kinder- und Jugendhilfe sowie die Berufsberatung verantwortlich. Im Zentrum unserer Arbeit stehen Kinder, Jugendliche und Familien. Für sie setzen wir uns täglich mit viel Herzblut und Engagement ein. Das kjz (Kinder- und Jugendhilfezentrum) ist eine polyvalente Beratungsstelle für Familien, Eltern, Jugendliche, Kinder und Kleinkinder und arbeitet auf der Grundlage des Kinder- und Jugendhilfegesetzes des Kantons Zürich. Haben Sie Lust, sich für das Wohl von Kindern und Jugendlichen zu engagieren? Dann werden Sie als Sozialarbeiterin oder Sozialarbeiter (80%) per 1. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung Teil unseres Teams. Sie beraten und begleiten Kinder, Jugendliche und Erziehungsberechtigte im Rahmen von Kindesschutzmassnahmen und auf freiwilliger Basis. Zudem führen Sie Abklärungen bei Kindswohlgefährdung im Auftrag der KESB. Bei der Erfüllung Ihrer Aufgaben arbeiten Sie eng mit Behörden, Schulen, anderen Institutionen und Fachstellen zusammen.

Sie bringen mit:

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialer Arbeit an einer Fachhochschule oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Jugend- und Familienhilfe sowie in der Mandatsführung
  • eine verhandlungsgewandte, zielorientierte und durchsetzungsfähige Persönlichkeit
  • hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit
  • systemisches Denkvermögen und Freude an administrativen Tätigkeiten
