  • Als betriebliche:r Sozialberater:in berätst du Mitarbeitende unterschiedlicher Hierarchiestufen und Berufsgruppen zu persönlichen, familiären, gesundheitlichen und finanziellen Problemen sowie bei Schwierigkeiten am Arbeitsplatz.
  • Du übernimmst Themenverantwortung und entwickelst unsere Dienstleistungen weiter. Dadurch leistest du einen wertvollen Beitrag zur Qualitätssicherung der betrieblichen Sozialberatung SBB schweizweit.
  • Neben Beratungen vor Ort und online übernimmst du auch regelmässig Dienste in der zentralen Anlaufstelle (mehrsprachig) und führst telefonische Kurzberatungen durch.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit deinem Team zusammen, welches aus erfahrenen Berater:innen mit unterschiedlichen fachlichen Schwerpunkten (Sozialberatung, Case Management, Frühintervention, Laufbahnberatung, berufliche Neuorientierung) besteht.

  • Als interessierte und proaktive Person, kannst du dich für die Themenvielfalt und Haltung der betrieblichen Sozialberatung begeistern und denkst dich schnell in unternehmensinterne Prozesse und deren mögliche Weiterentwicklung ein.
  • Deine Fälle bearbeitest du pragmatisch, mit ausgeprägter Beratungskompetenz und einem hohen Qualitätsstandard. Teamplay Ist für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit.
  • Im Umgang mit deinen Mitmenschen zeichnet dich eine hohe Integrität, Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Empathie aus.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Sozialberatung mit, idealerweise im betrieblichen Kontext mit Themen wie Konflikte am Arbeitsplatz, psychosozialer Beratung, Gesundheit, Budget-, Sozialversicherungs- und Vorsorgefragen.
  • Für diese Stelle setzen wir einen Hochschulabschluss mind. auf Niveau Bachelor (FH, Uni) in sozialer Arbeit voraus. Eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Konfliktmanagement ist von Vorteil.
  • Neben sehr guten schriftlichen und mündlichen Deutschkenntnissen verfügst du über gute, beratungssichere Sprachkompetenzen in einer zweiten Landessprache (Französisch oder Italienisch).
