Unsere Sozialberatung ist Teil dieser sozialen Verantwortung. Sie unterstützt Mitarbeitende mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung in beruflichen, finanziellen, rechtlichen und persönlichen Fragestellungen. Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir für unseren VEBO Standort in Breitenbach eine engagierte und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als Sozialberater:in.

So sieht Ihr neuer Arbeitsalltag bei uns aus ###

  • Planung und Durchführung von Erstgesprächen mit IV-Beziehenden und Begleitung während des Schnupperns in den Abteilungen
  • Koordination, Triage und Vernetzung mit Fachstellen, Behörden, Gemeinden, Angehörigen, gesetzlichen Vertretungen sowie internen Stellen
  • Beratung und Begleitung von Mitarbeitenden mit Beeinträchtigung bei sozialen, finanziellen, rechtlichen, beruflichen und persönlichen Fragestellungen
  • Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden im Umgang mit sozialen Themen, Prävention, Konflikten und Belastungssituationen
  • Fachgerechte Dokumentation der Beratungen unter Einhaltung des Datenschutzes und der Schweigepflicht
  • Mitarbeit in Arbeits- und Projektgruppen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Konzepten, Fachstandards und internen Abläufen

Was wir uns von Ihnen wünschen ###

  • Abschluss in Sozialer Arbeit FH
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der schweizerischen Sozialversicherungen, insbesondere IV und EL
  • Erfahrung in der Beratung und Begleitung von Menschen in anspruchsvollen Lebenssituationen
  • Interesse an betrieblichen, sozialen und agogischen Fragestellungen im Umfeld von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung
  • Lösungsorientierte, empathische und diskrete Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit und Vernetzung
  • Gute organisatorische und administrative Fähigkeiten, stilsichere Ausdrucksweise sowie gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
