Deine Aufgaben: ##

Leitung des Besuchsdienstes Affoltern, der als Verein organisiert ist ###

  • Begleitung und Unterstützung der 24 Freiwilligen
  • Vermittlung und Rekrutierung neuer Freiwilliger
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Trägerorganisationen

Regionale Koordination der Besuchsdienste ###

  • Organisation und Durchführung der zweimal jährlich stattfindenden Austauschsitzungen
  • Öffentlichkeitsarbeit wie beispielsweise öffentliche Anlässe

Marktplatz Alter ###

* Organisation und Durchführung der Veranstaltung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Fachstelle "Alter und Gesundheit" der Stadt Affoltern

Dein Profil: ##

  • Freude und Wertschätzung in der Arbeit mit Freiwilligen
  • Interesse an kreativer, innovativer Arbeit
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Bachelor in Sozialer Arbeit FH oder vergleichbar; auch Berufseinsteiger:innen sind herzlich willkommen
  • Flexibilität in der Arbeitszeitgestaltung
  • Identifikation mit den kirchlichen Werten
