lhre Hauptaufgaben

* Organisieren und Durchführen bestehender oder neuer Angebote für ältere Personen * Beratung und Unterstützung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner der 13 Alterswohnungen an der Bernastrasse * Projekte der Familienarbeit (z.B. Mittagstisch) * Koordination, Begleitung, Gewinnung von Freiwilligen * Mitarbeit bei Projekten im Team und mit anderen Kirchgemeinden/Kirchenkreisen * Anlaufstelle für Informationen, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit * Sozialberatung: Einzelfallhilfe und Beratung * Vernetzung mit Institutionen im Quartier und im gesamtstädtischen Kontext (u.a. Projekte der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit) * Administrative Aufgaben

Wir erwarten von Ihnen

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Soziale Arbeit, Sozialdiakonie oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen bis ins hohe Alter
  • hohe Sozialkompetenz, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • flexible zeitliche Präsenz
  • Interesse an religiösen und kirchlichen Fragen
  • Mitglied einer kantonal anerkannten Landeskirche oder bereit, dies zu werden
