An unserem Standort im Schulhaus Allmend in Zürich Manegg suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine\n Sozialpädagoge\in für die Tagesorganisation des Hortbetriebs.

Aufgaben ##

  • Sozialpädagogische Begleitung und Förderung der Schülerinnen und Schüler im lebenspraktischen Alltag sowie Anwendung von ASS-spezifischen Hilfsmitteln und Unterstützter Kommunikation (UK/Metacom)
  • Unterstützung der Kinder und Jugendlichen in den Bereichen Hygiene, Sozialverhalten und Alltagskompetenzen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Lehrpersonen
  • Organisation der Tagesstruktur im Hort, Koordination des Informationsflusses und Leitung der Hortsitzungen
  • Mitarbeit im Ferienhort sowie interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im Schul- und Betreuungsteam
  • Teilnahme an Sitzungen, schulischen Standortgesprächen und internen Weiterbildungen

Profil ##

  • Ausbildung als Sozialpädagogin/Sozialpädagoge oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Bereitschaft sich für Schülerinnen und Schüler mit besonderen Bedürfnissen zu engagieren
  • Motivierte, offene, belastbare Persönlichkeit mit positivem Menschenbild
  • Grosse Flexibilität sowie sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie Fähigkeit für Vernetztes Denken und Handeln

Die Heilpädagogische Schule der Stadt Zürich ist eine Tagessonderschule für 4 bis 15-jährige Kinder mit einer kognitiven und/oder mehrfachen Beeinträchtigung. Als Teil der Dienstabteilung Sonderpädagogik bieten den Schülerinnen und Schülern, die in verschiedenen Schulhäusern der Stadt Zürich in separierten Klassen beschult werden, ein unterstützendes Umfeld und setzen die Schwerpunkte der interdisziplinären Förderung in ihre Stärken. Unsere Teams an den verschiedenen Standorten in der Stadt Zürich bestehen aus schulischen Heilpädagog\innen, Lehrpersonen, Sozialpädagog\innen, Fachpersonen Betreuung, Lernenden, Assistent\innen sowie Logopäd\innen und Psychomotoriktherapeut\*innen.
