So sieht Ihr neuer Arbeitsalltag bei uns aus ###

  • Fachliche Unterstützung und individuelle Begleitung von Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Beeinträchtigungen in den Bereichen Lebensgestaltung, Wohnen und Freizeit
  • Ressortverantwortung Tagesstruktur und Freizeitgestaltung: Planung, Koordination, Organisation und Durchführung von Aktivitäten und Freizeitangeboten
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung individueller Unterstützungsstrategien zur Förderung der persönlichen Weiterentwicklung, Autonomie und Inklusion
  • Bezugspersonenarbeit sowie interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Beistandschaften, Angehörigen und weiterer Fachstellen
  • Planung, Organisation und Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe und in einer wertschätzenden Atmosphäre unseres gemeinsamen Alltags
  • Umsetzung unserer Werte sowie des Qualitätsmanagement-Systems
  • Mitarbeit in Früh-, Spät- und Wochenenddiensten (keine Nachtdienste)

Was wir uns von Ihnen wünschen ###

  • Abschluss in Sozialpädagogik HF/FH oder äquivalente Ausbildung und Erfahrung
  • Erfahrung, Identifikation und Freude an der professionellen Arbeit mit und für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Selbständige, vernetzte, lösungs- und kompetenzorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift und gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (M365, Abacus)
  • Fahrausweis Kategorie B
