The posting

Die Stiftung YOU COUNT begleitet und betreut Kinder und Jugendliche mit besonderem Förderbedarf zwischen 4 und 16 Jahren. An unseren 10 Standorten im Kanton Bern bieten wir verschiedene Angebote zur individuellen Förderung, welche auf der systemischen Sozialpädagogik sowie auf individuellem Schulunterricht nach ganzheitlichem und interdisziplinärem Ansatz basieren.

Für die Schule mit Tagesstruktur (gehört zu den offiziellen besonderen Volksschulen) in Epsach suchen wir per 1. November oder nach Vereinbarung eine\*n

Sozialpädagogen / Sozialpädagogin ##

Pensum: 60-80 % (als Stellvertretung während 4 Monaten während eines Urlaubs mit Option auf anschliessende Festanstellung)

Deine Aufgaben ##

  • Fallführende, systemische und interdisziplinäre Bezugspersonenarbeit
  • Mithilfe und Mitgestaltung im Schulunterricht
  • Betreuung der Schüler\*innen in der Freizeit
  • Planung und Durchführung von erlebnispädagogischen Aktivitäten
