Die Jugendwohnen Glarus gemeinnützige GmbH bietet betreutes Wohnen für acht Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene aus anspruchsvollen sozialen Verhältnissen. Unser Auftrag besteht in der Begleitung und Gestaltung der Freizeit der Bewohner:innen, welche alle in einer externen Tagesstruktur eingebunden sind (Schule oder Lehre). Hinzu kommt die Unterstützung beim Bewältigen ihrer Entwicklungsaufgaben, Anleitung beim Erlernen lebenspraktischer Aufgaben sowie die Begleitung beim Entwickeln einer Perspektive im Bereich Wohnen. Die Zusammenarbeit mit der Herkunftsfamilie ist zentraler Bestandteil unseres Angebots.

Die Wohngruppe befindet sich im Haltli, oberhalb von Mollis GL. Auf dem Areal bieten wir verschiedene sozialpädagogische Angebote an (ambulant und stationär). Für die Wohngruppe suchen wir per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte und positiv denkende Persönlichkeit als

Sozialpädagogin (70% - 90%) ##

Deine Aufgaben: ###

  • Unterstützung, Begleitung und Motivation der Jugendlichen in ihrem Alltag und auf der Wohngruppe
  • Organisation von Freizeit- & Ferienaktivitäten
  • Übernahme von Bezugspersonenarbeit und Fallführung
  • Zusammenarbeit im Team, mit externen Fachstellen und mit den Herkunftsfamilien
  • Übernahme von Pikettdiensten vor Ort sowie Diensten am Wochenende
  • Mitprägen der Teamkultur an Teamsitzungen, Supervisionen und Teamevents
  • Mitarbeit bei Konzeptgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Angebote

Dein Profil: ###

  • Diplom FH/HF für Sozialpädagogik/Soziale Arbeit oder eine fachverwandte Ausbildung
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen in schwierigen Lebenslagen
  • Vorzugsweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Jugendlichen und Kriseninterventionen
  • Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, methodisches Geschick, Eigeninitiative
