Das KiEl Bethanien St. Gallen ist eine Kind- Eltern-Institution. Wir bieten vorübergehend Schutz. Bei uns finden 15 Familien mit Kindern betreute oder begleitete Wohnmöglichkeiten. Schwerpunkte liegen in der Beobachtung und Förderung des Kindeswohls, der Unterstützung in Krisensituationen und der Stabilisierung des Familiensystems. Unsere Klientel umfasst gewaltbetroffene Frauen sowie Eltern mit psychischen Erkrankungen, kognitiver Einschränkung oder anderen psychosozialen Schwierigkeiten.

Der Standort ist anonym, weil auch gewaltbetroffene Familien bei uns Schutz finden

Das erwartet Sie: ###

Das Pensum von 20- 30 % eignet sich besonders für Fachpersonen, die eine flexible Teilzeittätigkeit suchen und Freude daran haben, Eltern und Kinder auch in herausfordernden Situationen professionell zu begleiten. ###

Sie arbeiten in einem abwechslungsreichen Umfeld, in dem Eigenverantwortung, Beziehungsarbeit und situatives Handeln gefragt sind. Dabei sind Sie Teil eines engagierten Teams und können Ihre fachlichen und persönlichen Kompetenzen wirkungsvoll einbringen.

Das können Sie bewirken: ###

  • Selbstständige, sozialpädagogische Begleitung und Betreuung von Eltern und Kindern
  • Individuelle Unterstützung der Eltern in Erziehungsfragen und bei der Alltagsbewältigung
  • Situationsgerechte Betreuung der Kinder während des Tages und in der Nacht, insbesondere bei Überlastungssituationen der Eltern
  • Übernahme von ca. 4 Wochenenddiensten pro Monat im Früh-, Mittel- und Spätdienst
  • Übernahme von Nachtpikett-Diensten von 19:30 bis ca. 07:45 Uhr. Sie schlafen vor Ort, um bei Bedarf Einsatz zu leisten (ca. 4x im Monat)
  • Übernahme von hauswirtschaftlichen Aufgaben sowie Mitverantwortung für die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards
  • Führen der notwendigen Dokumentation und Sicherstellung eines kontinuierlichen Informationsflusses mit dem Tagteam

Das bringen Sie mit: ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik oder einem verwandten Fachbereich
  • Berufserfahrung im sozialpädagogischen Umfeld, idealerweise mit Familien und Kindern, insbesondere im Frühbereich
  • Freude an der resourcenorientierten, wertschätzenden und humorvoller Begleitung von Kindern und Eltern
  • Sie bewahren auch in herausfordernden Situationen Ruhe und den Überblick. Sie handeln professionell und lösungsorientiert und übernehmen gerne selbstständig Verantwortung
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und situationsgerechtes Handeln
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft an Werktagen Springereinsätze zu übernehmen
