Das Zentrum Auf der Leiern in Gelterkinden BL wird von der privaten „Stiftung Leiern“ getragen und hat eine Leistungsvereinbarung mit dem Kanton BL. Wir bieten für rund 40 Schülerinnen und Schüler heilpädagogische Sonderschulung mit einem vielfältigen, integrierten Therapieangebot sowie Internatsbetreuung. Es erwartet Sie eine sehr abwechslungsreiche und spannende Arbeit mit unseren Kindern und Jugendlichen.

Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir auf unserer Schülerwohngruppe:

Sozialpädagogin HF/FH oder Sozialpädagoge HF/FH (60 \- 80%)

Wir erwarten:

entsprechende Fachausbildung (HF oder FH)

Fähigkeit zum zielorientierten pädagogischen Handeln

Erfahrung und Freude im Umgang mit verhaltensauffälligen Kinder und Jugendlichen

Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit in der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit

Gefestigte, durchsetzungsfähige Persönlichkeit mit optimistischer Grundhaltung und Humor

Teamfähigkeit, Bereitschaft zur bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit

Flexibilität und Bereitschaft für Schichtarbeit inkl. Nacht – und Wochenendpräsenz

Sicherheit in administrativen Belangen und gute PC\-Kenntnisse

Praxisanleiterkurs und Führerausweis von Vorteil
