Die Schule Kappeli Primar ist eine QUIMS-Schule (Qualität in multikulturellen Schulen) im Kreis 9, Zürich Altstetten. Sie legt grossen Wert auf die Förderung des Gemeinschaftsgefühls und sieht die kulturelle Vielfalt ihrer Schülerinnen und Schüler als Bereicherung an. Die Schule liegt zentral in der Nähe des Lindenplatzes im Herzen Altstettens. Zusätzlich bietet ein Kinderspielplatz sowohl während der Schulzeit als auch ausserhalb einen beliebten Treffpunkt für Kinder zum Spielen und Verweilen. Aktuell besteht die Schule Kappeli Primar aus 11 Kindergärten und 19 Primarklassen. Wir führen vier Kindergartenhorte, drei Primarhorte sowie einen Morgentisch. Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Fachperson Betreuung.

Aufgaben ##

  • Betreuung und Begleitung von Kindern im Primarschulalter
  • Gestaltung einer anregenden, entwicklungsfördernden Freizeitgestaltung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Unterricht und weiteren Fachpersonen
  • Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben und weiteren Ressorts
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des pädagogischen Angebots

Profil ##

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung (FaBe) oder eine tertiäre Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik HF/FH oder eine gleichwertige anerkannte Ausbildung
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern, Empathie und pädagogisches Geschick
  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Offenheit hinsichtlich neuer Strukturen mitzugestalten und aktiv mit aufzubauen
