Mitten im Zürcher Oberland sind wir mit unserem Internat und der Sonderschule für Kinder und Jugendliche da, deren Weg ins Erwachsenenleben etwas steiniger ist als für andere. Das macht Sie aus:

  • Freude an der täglichen Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen und den Ehrgeiz, sie weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Spass an der Arbeit in einem eingespielten Team, das gut drauf ist und sich auf Verstärkung freut.
  • Ein Diplom einer höheren Fachschule für Sozialpädagogik / Soziale Arbeit.
  • Ein paar Jahre Berufserfahrung wären schön - viel Tatendrang und der starke Wille, bei Gegenwind nicht aufzugeben, kompensieren das aber locker.
  • Frei haben, wenn andere arbeiten (okay, und natürlich auch umgekehrt). Klartext: Unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten, Nachtpikett 4-5-mal pro Monat inklusive
