The posting

Das Schulinternat Ringlikon verfügt über eine Sonderschule mit familienergänzender Tagesbetreuung sowie über ein ganzjährig geöffnetes Internat für insgesamt 36 Schülerinnen und Schüler der Kindergarten-, Unter- und Mittelstufe mit besonderem Förderbedarf im schulischen, sozialen und emotionalen Bereich. Das Internat ist ab Zürich HB mit der S10 in 16 Minuten erreichbar. Unser Ziel besteht darin, dem Kind und dessen Familiensystem ein passgenaues, flexibles Setting anzubieten.

Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine / einen

Sozialpädagogin/Sozialpädagogen. ##

Auf der Wohngruppe leben 6 bis 8 Kinder, davon wird ein Kind intensivpädagogisch betreut.

Für diese anspruchsvolle Aufgabe erfüllen Sie folgendes Anforderungsprofil:

Sie verfügen über ein Diplom in Sozialpädagogik HF / FH und über Berufserfahrung in der stationären Arbeit mit Kindern mit Verhaltensauffälligkeiten. Idealerweise verfügen sie über Fachwissen und / oder eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Traumapädagogik oder sind daran interessiert sich dieses Fachwissen anzueignen.

Herzlichkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Humor zeichnen Sie ebenso aus wie Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit. Sie sind engagiert, weisen eine hohe Sozialkompetenz aus und schätzen die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Fachstellen. Unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten (Nachtpikett und Wochenenddienste sind für sie selbstverständlich). Hilfsbereitschaft, (Selbst)Reflexion, Zuverlässigkeit und die Fähigkeit, verlässliche Beziehungen zu den Kindern aufzubauen, diese weiterzuentwickeln und zu festigen runden ihr Profil ab.
