Seit 1973 verfolgt der Verein FOYER BASEL das Ziel, pädagogisch-therapeutische Ansätze mit Sozialpädagogik, Pädagogik, Psychologie und Psychiatrie zu verbinden. Unser stationäres, therapeutisches Angebot umfasst die Beobachtungsstation, die Wohngruppe und die Durchgangsstation.

In der Durchgangsstation bieten wir weiblichen Jugendlichen im Alter von 12 bis 18 Jahren in Krisensituationen eine zeitlich befristete stationäre Betreuung - von einigen Tagen bis zu mehreren Wochen. Unser Ziel ist es, Jugendlichen aus der ganzen Schweiz ein strukturiertes, schützendes Umfeld zu bieten, das ihrer individuellen Situation und Persönlichkeit gerecht wird.

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie interessieren sich für die Arbeit mit weiblichen Jugendlichen in akuten Krisen
  • Sie sind konflikt- und reflexionsfähig sowie kompromissbereit
  • Sie sind belastbar, flexibel und freuen sich auf einen lebendigen Arbeitsalltag
  • Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und schätzen interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit
  • Sie sind prozess-, lösungs- und ressourcenorientiert
  • Sie bringen Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten mit, inklusive Nacht- und Wochenenddiensten (ca. 12 Wochenenden jährlich)
  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik FH / HF oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Sie haben Interesse an Bezugspersonenarbeit sowie an der Koordination und Kommunikation mit dem Hilfesystem
