The posting

Das Jugendwohnhaus ist ein Angebot der Institution Obstgarten und gehört zur Stiftung Zürcher Kinder- und Jugendheime. Im Jugendwohnhaus leben acht Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene im Alter zwischen 16 und 20 Jahren. Das Hauptziel in dem teilbetreuten Angebot ist die Entwicklung altersadäquater Kompetenzen im Bereich Alltagsbewältigung. Die Berufsbildung oder andere Tagesstrukturen werden extern absolviert. Die Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen werden sowohl individuell wie auch als Gruppe begleitet.

Für das pädagogische Team suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

eine Sozialpädagogin oder einen Sozialpädagogen 50 % ##

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Begleitung und Unterstützung von acht Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen im Alltag
  • Ziel- und prozessorientierte Fallverantwortung für zwei Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene
  • Individuelle Förderung der Kompetenzen, Ressourcen und Fähigkeiten der jungen Menschen
  • Begleitung in der Haushaltsführung und im administrativen Bereich
  • Hilfestellungen bei ausbildungsspezifischen Themen
  • Mitgestaltung und Mitarbeit im sozialpädagogischen Team

Ihr Profil ###

  • Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik/Sozialarbeit HF oder FH
  • Berufserfahrung in der teilstationären Jugendarbeit von Vorteil
  • Partizipative, lösungsorientierte und humorvolle Grundhaltung sowie Freude am selbstständigen Arbeiten
  • Bereitschaft für flexible Arbeitszeiten, jedoch ohne Nachtpräsenz
  • Kompetentes und vertrauenswürdiges Auftreten sowie klare Ausdrucksweise

  • Montagnachmittag Teamsitzung (13:00-16:00)
  • Donnerstag als fixer Hauptverantwortungstag (07:00-10:00 und 17:00-22:15)
  • Ein zusätzlicher Abenddienst pro Woche (Mittwoch, 16:00-20:30)
  • Punktuelle Wochenendeinsätze (ca. 1 x monatlich)
  • Ferienvertretungen nach Absprache
  • Die Dienstpläne werden weit im Voraus erstellt, um eine gute Planbarkeit zu gewährleisten
