Sozialpädagogin / Sozialpädagoge 80% Sozialpädagogin / Sozialpädagoge 80% ====================================== Die Stiftung Heilsarmee Schweiz führt, unter dem Dach der Kinder\\- und Jugendinstitutionen BS, das Schlössli Basel und das Kinderhaus Holee. Das Kinderhaus Holee gewährleistet in Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Versorgern, Schulbehörden und externen Ansprechpersonen die individuelle Förderung und Betreuung von Kindern, die aufgrund von herausfordernden Lebenslagen nicht bei ihrer Herkunftsfamilie verbleiben können. Im Kinderhaus Holee leben, verteilt auf drei geschlechter\\- gemischten Wohngruppen, 26 Kinder von Geburt bis zum Ende der Primarschulzeit. Zudem ist das Kinderhaus Holee per Leistungs\\-vereinbarung mit dem Kanton Basel\\-Stadt, Fachstelle für notfallmässige Unterbringungen. Die Kinder werden nach traumapädagogischem und systemisch\\-lösungsorientiertem Ansatz ressourcenorientiert in ihrem Alltag begleitet und in ihren Entwicklungsaufgaben individuell und partizipativ unterstützt. Bei der Betreuung ist die oberste das Kindswohl.
