Sozialpädagogin/Sozialpädagoge als Co-Teamleitung (80-100 %)  

Für eine Wohngemeinschaft mit Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner im Alter zwischen 20 und 65 Jahren setzt du dich als verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit viel Herzblut für die Bedürfnisse den uns anvertrauten Menschen ein. Mit deiner Erfahrung, deiner engagierten, natürlichen und den Menschen zugewandten Art leistet du einen wichtigen Beitrag dafür, dass wir unseren Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern ein genau auf ihre Bedürfnisse ausgerichtetes Zuhause bieten können.

Wagerenhof

Was zählt, bist du. Jeder einzelne Mensch steht mit seiner individuellen Lebensqualität im Zentrum. Wir setzen alles daran, dass unsere rund 250 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner, 246 Tagesstätterinnen und Tagesstätter und 52 Mitarbeitenden an geschützten Arbeitsplätzen im Wagerenhof eine möglichst hohe Lebensqualität geniessen können. Für Mitarbeitende unterschiedlichster Herkunft und Fachlichkeit ist der Wagerenhof ein attraktiver Arbeitgeber und für Lernende aller Stufen ein kompetenter Ausbildungspartner.

Dafür übergeben wir dir die Verantwortung: 

  • Personelle, organisatorische und finanzielle Leitung einer Wohngruppe im Co-Leitungsmodell mit einer agogischen oder pflegerischen Fachperson
  • Agogische Verantwortung für das Wohnen und die Tagesstruktur
  • Mitarbeit in der Begleitung und Betreuung von Menschen mit schwerer geistiger und körperlicher Beeinträchtigung
  • Interdisziplinäre und interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit, auch mit den Fachpersonen der Stiftung Wagerenhof
  • Administrative Arbeiten

Du passt zu uns und zu dieser Stelle, wenn auch du unsere Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner und unsere betreuten Mitarbeitenden ins Zentrum deines Tuns stellst und du folgendes mitbringst

  • Erfahrungen in der Begleitung von Menschen mit kognitiven und körperlichen Beeinträchtigungen
  • Ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung
  • Ausbildung zur Sozialpädagogin zum Sozialpädagogen
  • Planungs- und Organisationskompetenz
  • Hohe Bereitschaft zur interdisziplinären und interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit innerhalb einer Matrix-Organisation
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Computer-Anwenderkenntnisse
