Ihre Aufgaben

* Begleitung von Kindern und Jugendlichen durch ihren stationären Aufenthalt mittels Bezugspersonenarbeit

* Gestaltung eines wertschätzenden und entwicklungsfördernden milieutherapeutischen Umfeldes

* Bestmögliche Behandlung der Ihnen anvertrauten Patientinnen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Ärztinnen, Psychologinnen, Pflegefachpersonen und weiteren Fachpersonen

* Strukturieren des Alltags sowie planen und schaffen von Aktivitäten und Momenten, die Stabilität, Vertrauen und manchmal auch ein Lächeln schenken

* Aktives Einbringen Ihrer pädagogischen Expertise in die individuelle Behandlungsplanung

* Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb, damit unsere Patientinnen rund um die gut begleitet sind

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung HF/FH mit SBFI Anerkennung und Praxiserfahrung in der Jugendlichen\- und Familienarbeit oder in der psychiatrischen Versorgung

* Erfahrung in der Kinder\- und Jugendpsychiatrie, Psychiatrie oder in der Arbeit mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und ihren Familien ist ein Plus – wichtiger ist uns Ihre Motivation für dieses spannende Fachgebiet

* Freude an interprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit und daran, voneinander zu lernen.

* Empathie, Gelassenheit und eine Portion Humor – denn nicht jeder Tag verläuft nach Plan.

  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und die Bereitschaft, sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Eine Weiterbildung und Erfahrung im Leiten von Gruppen (vorzugsweise DBT) ist von Vorteil

Die Psychiatrie Baselland (PBL) zählt zu den führenden psychiatrischen Institutionen in der Nordwestschweiz. Sie bietet umfassende ambulante, tagesklinische, aufsuchende (Home Treatment) und stationäre Therapien für Erwachsene sowie Kinder und Jugendliche. Psychisch und mehrfach beeinträchtigte Menschen unterstützt sie in den Bereichen Wohnen, Arbeit und Tagesgestaltung ( ). Zudem hält sie eine Beteiligung an der WorkMed AG, dem Zentrum Arbeit und psychische Gesundheit. Die PBL beschäftigt an mehreren Standorten im Kanton Basel\-Landschaft rund 1'300 Mitarbeitende und behandelt, betreut und berät pro Jahr über 15'000 Patientinnen und Patienten ( ).
