  • Du begleitest und förderst die Kinder und Jugendlichen individuell in ihrer Entwicklung
  • Gemeinsam mit ihnen gestaltest du einen abwechslungsreichen und verlässlichen Alltag
  • Du übernimmst die Bezugspersonenarbeit und begleitest die individuelle Förderplanung
  • Für die Kinder und Jugendlichen schaffst du ein sicheres und wertschätzendes Umfeld
  • Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Fachpersonen gehört zu deinem Aufgabenbereich
  • Du bringst dich aktiv ins Team ein und schätzt den gemeinsamen Austausch
  • An Teamsitzungen, Fallbesprechungen und Standortgesprächen nimmst du teil
  • Deine Ideen und Erfahrungen bringst du aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung der Wohngruppe ein
  • Du pflegst mit Eltern, Angehörigen und weiteren Bezugspersonen einen offenen und professionellen Austausch
  • Die organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben des Wohngruppenalltags gehören ebenfalls zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene, anerkannte Fachausbildung im sozialpädagogischen, pädagogischen oder betreuerischen Bereich gemäss betrieblicher Funktionsanforderung; für eine erweiterte fachliche Führungsverantwortung vorzugsweise eine Ausbildung auf HF-/FH-Niveau oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation.
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder eine ausgewiesene Eignung für Führungsaufgaben.
  • Eine PA-Ausbildung ist von Vorteil.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Kindern und Jugendlichen mit komplexem Unterstützungsbedarf sowie eine hohe Organisations-, Kommunikations-, Konflikt- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit.
  • Fahrausweis.
