Praktikum für 6-8 Monate auf der psychosomatisch-psychiatrischen Therapiestation

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist Teil des Teams des Wohnbereichs und betreust Jugendliche mit psychosomatischen und psychiatrischen Herausforderungen, indem du sie in ihrem Alltag unterstützt.
  • Gemeinsam mit den Jugendlichen, ihren Eltern und unserem multiprofessionellen Team gestaltest du in Begleitung die individuelle Pflege/Betreuung der Jugendlichen.
  • Du bist Teil eines motivierten Teams und wirst während des Praktikums professionell begleitet.

Dein Profil

  • Studierende/r im Bachelor Studiengang an der zhaw, Departement Soziale Arbeit, - Fachbereich Sozialpädagogik
  • Motivation für die Zusammenarbeit im multiprofessionellen Team
  • Hohe emotionale Belastbarkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen

Für unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten werden in vielen Fällen Zulagen ausgerichtet. Die weitere Lohnentwicklung richtet sich nach deinen Leistungen und den finanziellen Möglichkeiten der Eleonorenstiftung.
