The posting

Das Kinder- und Jugendhaus Hübeli in Diessbach, bietet während 365 Tagen im Jahr eine stationäre Betreuung für Kinder und Jugendliche bis 18 Jahren, die vorübergehend oder langfristig nicht in ihrer Herkunftsfamilie leben können. 

In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern und Behörden erhalten die Kinder und Jugendlichen eine altersentsprechende, sozialpädagogische Betreuung, die ihnen Sicherheit und Verbindlichkeit gewährleistet. Parallel dazu werden die Eltern unterstützt, um die Reintegration in die Ursprungsfamilie zu ermöglichen.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/einen

Sozialpädagogin / Sozialpädagoge oder Kindheitspädagogin / Kindheitspädagoge

Wir erwarten:

  • Ein Herz für Kinder und Jugendliche in unterschiedlichen Lebenslagen
  • Belastbare, fröhliche Persönlichkeit mit der Bereitschaft zu längerfristiger Zusammenarbeit
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sozialpädagoge, resp. Sozialpädagogin oder gleichwertige, pädagogische Ausbildung
  • Begeisterung für Elternarbeit und Erziehungsberatung im Rahmen der Bezugspersonenarbeit
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, gesetzlichen Vertretungen sowie externen Fachkräften
  • Gestalten der Förderplanung der Bezugskinder
  • Teamarbeit und die Fähigkeit, das eigene Handeln zu reflektieren. 
  • Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten, Wochenenddiensten und Pikettdienst.
  • Führerschein Kategorie B
