Engagieren Sie sich mit uns für die Vision einer solidarischen Gesellschaft, als Sozialpädagogische Bezugspersonen MNA 80 \- 100 % in Zürich\- (m/w/d) Caritas Schweiz betreibt seit März 2024 im kantonalen Auftrag Asylzentren an unterschiedlichen Standorten im Kanton Zürich. Als sozialpädagogische Fach\- und Bezugsperson sind Sie für die persönliche und altersgerechte Betreuung, Begleitung und Integration der unbegleiteten minderjährigen Asylsuchenden im MNA\-Zentrum an der Aathalstrasse in Zürich\- verantwortlich. Ihre Aufgaben

* Sozialpädagogische und psychosoziale Begleitung und Betreuung der Jugendlichen im Rahmen des Bezugspersonensystems * Förderung der Jugendlichen in den verschiedenen Lebensbereichen (Schule, Freizeit, Gesundheit, Umgang mit Geld) mit individuellen Zielsetzungen und Zielüberprüfungen * Erarbeitung bedarfsgerechter Tagesstrukturen und Freizeitangeboten für und mit den Jugendlichen * Förderung der Sozial\- und Selbstkompetenz, der Selbständigkeit und der psychischen und sozialen Integrität sowie Etablierung eines verbindlichen Rahmens für das gemeinschaftliche Zusammenleben * Krisenintervention und Konfliktbearbeitung * Aktive interdisziplinäre Koordination und Planung im Team (u.a. enge Zusammenarbeit mit Beistandschaft der minderjährigen Jugendlichen) * Budgetverantwortung gemäss der Umsetzungsrichtlinie des Kantons ZH und den Vorgaben der Caritas Schweiz, sowie erstellen der Abrechnungen * Externe Vernetzung mit Kooperationspartnern und Organisationen * Mitverantwortung für die Schaffung einer guten Hausatmosphäre und für die Einhaltung der Hausordnung und Sicherheit im Zentrum * Übernahme des sozialpädagogischen Pikettdienstes Unsere Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene anerkannte sozialpädagogische Ausbildung (oder gleichwertig) * Erfahrung im Migrationsbereich und/oder Jugendarbeit wünschenswert * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil * Interkulturelle Kompetenz * Bereitschaft und Flexibilität zeitlich variierende Arbeitszeiten zu leisten (Schicht\-/Wochenendarbeit) * Hohes Verantwortungs\- und Qualitätsbewusstsein für die Arbeit mit vulnerablen, schutzbedürftigen Jugendlichen * Eigeninitiative, Selbständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen * Hohe Resilienz und Belastbarkeit * Gute Microsoft\-Office Kenntnisse * Einwandfreier Leumund Arbeitsort: Kanton Zürich ( )Arbeitsbeginn: per sofort
