PaMaKi simply parenting GmbH  ist eine kleine und junge Institution mit Sitz in Biel. Wir sind spezialisiert auf sozialpädagogische Familienbegleitungen und Unterstützung bei der Wahrnehmung des Besuchsrechts.  

Hohe Professionalität, grosses Engagement, Wertschätzung, Transparenz und viel Fingerspitzengefühl zeichnet unsere Arbeit aus. Wir arbeiten grundsätzlich aus dem Homeoffice ergänzt durch Teamsitzungen / Intervisionen und Supervisionen.

Wir suchen nach Absprache ein/e

Sozialpädagogische/r Familienbegleiter/in und Besuchsbegleiter/in ##

Stelle als Sozialpädagogische Familienbegleitung inkl. Besuchsbegleitung:20-50%

Aufgabenbereich: ###

Sie sind als fallführende/r Fachmitarbeiter/in für alle fallrelevanten Aufgaben verantwortlich, insbesondere: 

  • Systemische Beratung sowie sozialpädagogische Begleitung eines mehrfach belasteten Familiensystems 
  • Unterstützung in der Wahrnehmung des Besuchsrechts (je nach Auftrag)
  • Koordination des methodischen Vorgehens in Einbezug einer zweiten Fachperson
  • Implementierung von systemimmanenten oder ergänzenden Hilfestellungen
  • Falldokumentation
  • Vernetzung mit auftraggebenden Behörden und Helfersystem
  • Berichterstattung an die auftraggebende Behörde
  • Standortsitzungen
  • wenn nötig Stellvertretung für andere Mandatsträger
  • Tandem/ Fallbegleitung bei anderen Mandatsträgern

Anforderungsprofil:  ###

  • Sie verfügen über einen tertiären Abschluss in den Bereichen Soziale Arbeit, Psychologie oder Pädagogik und haben mindestens drei Jahre (mind.50%) Berufserfahrung in einem für den Kinderschutz relevanten Bereich (KFSG Bereich)
  • Nebst ihrer Fähigkeit, Empahtie gegenüber Menschen in schwierigen Lebenssituatonen zu zeigen und andere Haltungen und Verhaltensweisen wertzuschätzen, sind Sie in der Lage die Fallführung mit zielgerichteter methodischer Arbeit und hoher Professionalität zu führen
  • Erfahrungen/ Ausbildung in der systemischen/ ressourcenorientierten Arbeit, Marte Meo, KOFA, Traumapädagogik (allenfalls vertieft mit Weiterbildungen) erwünscht
  • Bereitschaft Besuchsbegleitungen am Wochenende zu übernehmen (samstags oder sonntags)
  • Zudem verfügen Sie über einen einwandfreien Strafregister- und Sonderprivatauszug
  • Eigene IT- Infrastruktur muss vorhanden sein, gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit administrativen Arbeiten erforderlich
  • Führerschein und eigener PKW  für Besuche bei der Familie
  • Sie sind vorzugsweise aus der Region Biel/Seeland/ Bern
