Skills2Go ist eine organisch geführte Institution im Baselland mit einem Kleinheim und einer ambulanten Begleitung. Wir bieten Sozialpädagogische Familienbegleitung, Nachbetreuung,Besuchsbegleitung und sind uns stetig am Weiterentwickeln.

Für den ambulanten Bereich suchen wir nach Vereinbarung und zur Erweiterung unserer Teams

Sozialpädagogische Familienbegleitung 50-70% ##

Die Aufgaben umfassen: ###

  • Sozialpädagogische Familienbegleitung sowie ambulante Begleitung, Nachbetreuung, Besuchsbegleitung etc.
  • Beratung, Begleitung, Coaching der Familien und Einzelpersonen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den zuweisenden Stellen wie KESB, Sozialhilfe, den involvierten Stellen und Institutionen sowie dem gesamten Helfernetz
  • Einschätzungen, Empfehlungen, Berichte und Standortbestimmungen im Auftrag der zuweisenden Stellen
  • Teilnahme an Sitzungen, Supervisionen, Fallbesprechungen
  • Fallführung

Was Sie mitbringen ###

  • Abschluss in Sozialpädagogik, Psychologie oder Sozialarbeit FH oder HF Niveau
  • mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und Familien
  • Eine Weiterbildung in Beratung/ Coaching oder die Bereitschaft, eine solche zu absolvieren
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit komplexen und herausfordernden Systemen und Situationen
  • Ein hohes Mass an Selbstführung, Selbstorganisation und Eigenverantwortung
  • Bereitschaft auch kurzfristige Termine, Termine am Abend und nach Absprache am Wochenende wahrzunehmen
  • Motivation zur aktiven Mitarbeit und Weiterentwicklung des Teams und der Organisation
  • Führerausweis und eigenes Auto von Vorteil
  • In unserem Team arbeiten wir in einem sprachlich vielfältigen Umfeld und sind deutsch-portugiesisch-, englisch-, französisch-, bis- (bosnisch, kroatisch, montenegrinisch, serbisch) und italienischsprachig aufgestellt. Gerne möchten wir unser Sprachenrepertoire weiter erweitern.
