The posting

Das Lutisbach bietet jungen Menschen einen stabilen Lebensraum, in dem sie in ihrer Entwicklung begleitet und in der Erreichung individueller Ziele unterstützt werden. In zwei Wohngruppen betreuen wir 20 Kinder und Jugendliche im Alter von 5 bis 15 Jahren. Ergänzend begleiten wir in unserer Aussenwohngruppe Room 4 U bis zu acht Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene ab 16 Jahren bis zum Abschluss ihrer Ausbildung.

Zur Verstärkung eines Teams im Haupthaus suchen wir eine engagierte sozialpädagogische Teamleitung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung eines sozialpädagogischen Teams
  • Verantwortung für organisatorische und administrative Prozesse inklusive Arbeitsplanung
  • Leitung von Krisen- und Standortgesprächen
  • Mitarbeit im Leitungsteam
  • Aktive Betreuung und Begleitung der jungen Menschen im Gruppenalltag
  • Übernahme von sozialpädagogischen Diensten, inkl. Nacht- und Wochenenddienste
  • Planung und Gestaltung von Freizeitaktivitäten
  • Übernahme von Ressort- und Projektaufgaben

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozial-, Kindheitspädagogik FH/HF, Sozialer Arbeit oder gleichwertige, in der Schweiz anerkannte Ausbildung
  • Teamleitungsausbildung oder Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren
  • Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung in der stationären Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen in einer ähnlichen Institution
  • Sicherer schriftlicher Ausdruck, Erfahrung in Dokumentation und gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Freude an konzeptioneller Weiterentwicklung
  • Ausgeprägte Beziehungs- und Konfliktkompetenz sowie professioneller Umgang mit Nähe und Distanz
  • Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten (Abend-, Wochenenddienst, Nachtpikett)
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
