Au sein de notre équipe Immobilier & Facility Management, tu occupes un rôle clé en assurant la coordination, le suivi et l-optimisation des activités immobilières et des services généraux. Ton objectif ? Garantir une gestion efficace et conforme des actifs immobiliers, assurer la qualité des prestations fournies par les partenaires internes et externes, et contribuer à une utilisation efficiente des ressources tout en soutenant les projets et les enjeux opérationnels de l-entreprise. Ce que tu fais au quotidien

  • Tu assures la coordination administrative entre les activités d-Asset Management, de Développement Immobilier et de Facility Management, tout en assurant l-interface avec les partenaires externes. Tu soutiens les équipes dans le suivi administratif des projets, mandats et activités du département, et tu organises les séances de service en veillant au suivi des décisions prises.
  • Tu assures le traitement et le suivi des factures ainsi que le contrôle des imputations dans les systèmes internes. Tu prépares, consolides et mets à jour les données, tableaux de bord et reportings nécessaires au pilotage du département. Véritable point de référence administratif du service, tu veilles à la centralisation, à la qualité et à la disponibilité des informations, documents et indicateurs clés afin de garantir un pilotage fiable des activités et de soutenir la prise de décision.
  • Tu contribues à la qualité des données, à l-amélioration continue des processus et à une gestion documentaire efficace. Tu participes également au suivi des indicateurs ESG, budgétaires et opérationnels liés aux activités immobilières et de Facility Management, en apportant un soutien actif au développement et à la performance du département.

Ce que tu apportes à l'équipe

  • Tu disposes d-un CFC d-employé(e) de commerce ou d-une formation jugée équivalente, idéalement complétée par une spécialisation dans les domaines de l-immobilier, de la gestion ou du Facility Management. Tu bénéficies de plusieurs années d-expérience dans un environnement administratif, immobilier, de Facility Management ou dans la gestion de prestataires.
  • Tu maîtrises parfaitement les outils bureautiques et te distingues par ton aisance dans la gestion, le traitement et l-analyse des données. Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et proactif(ve), tu sais gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle, fixer les bonnes priorités et respecter les échéances.
  • Tu apprécies le travail en équipe et entretiens des relations constructives avec des interlocuteurs variés, tant internes qu-externes. Doté(e) d-excellentes capacités rédactionnelles en français, tu disposes idéalement de bonnes connaissances de l-allemand, qui constituent un atout pour cette fonction.
