* Assurer des conseils et une assistance juridiques pour des questions concernant l'élaboration de prises de position et de procédures de consultation * Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise à jour de bases juridiques (commentaires, textes d'ordonnances et directives) * Élaborer des directives et des instructions dans le domaine du droit militaire, de la loi sur la protection des données et en application de la loi sur la transparence * Diriger la planification opérationnelle ainsi que la mise en œuvre technique, méthodologique et didactique des formations en droit au profit de services internes, d'instances de formation du domaine Défense ainsi que d'autorités externes * Élaborer et mettre à jour des documents de formation sous l'angle didactique avec l'aide de services spécialisés * Apporter son soutien au service spécialisé Extrémisme dans l'armée en matière de communication, de discussion de cas et d'introduction de mesures

* Diplôme universitaire en droit (bachelor) avec plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle * Très bonnes aptitudes conceptuelles, talent pour la rhétorique, connaissances élémentaires en didactique et en pédagogiepérience dans le travail de projet * Aptitude à communiquer, esprit d'équipe et pensée en réseau * Bonne connaissance du droit militaire, fiabilité et esprit d'initiative * Connaissances orales et écrites dans une deuxième langue officielle

Le commandement de l'Instruction (cdmt Instr) est responsable de l'instruction au sein de l'Armée suisse -- du recrutement à la formation des cadres pour la milice et des militaires de carrière en passant par à l'instruction de base générale. Le cdmt Instr comprend la Formation supérieure des cadres, le Personnel de l'armée, cinq formations d'application, le Centre d'instruction de l'armée ainsi que le service spécialisé Femmes dans l'armée et diversité. Un tiers des quelque 2350 collaborateurs/trices exercent des professions civiles dans les domaines scientifique, technique, médical, psychologique, administratif ou sportif et contribuent, avec les militaires de carrière, au succès de l'armée.

L'Armée suisse emploie plus de 9000 collaborateurs/trices dans quatre professions militaires et environ 200 professions civiles, et ce, sur 110 sites dans toute la Suisse. Elle assure également la relève en formant des apprenti/e/s dans plus de 30 métiers.
