Spécialiste en analytique RH \- auxiliaire (80% à 90%)

Le Service du personnel développe une politique RH harmonisée et accompagne l'ensemble des services de la Ville de Lausanne. Au sein de l'unité monitoring et gouvernance des données, vous contribuez au développement du pilotage RH et à l'amélioration continue de la qualité des données du personnel.

Contrat d'auxiliaire du 1er décembre 2026 au 30 juin 2027

Mission(s) principale(s)

Concevoir, développer et mettre à jour les outils de pilotage et d'informatique décisionnelle RH, notamment avec Excel et Tableau

Procéder à la collecte, la préparation, l'analyse et l'interprétation des données

Élaborer des statistiques, des rapports et des indicateurs RH, ainsi que répondre aux enquêtes et demandes d'analyse

Contrôler la qualité et la cohérence des données, réaliser des audits et contribuer à l'amélioration des processus de gestion des données du personnel

Préparer et contrôler les données nécessaires au rapport annuel de gestion

Participer à des projets et répondre aux demandes du service concernant les données RH

Profil

Master universitaire en sciences économiques, diplôme d'une haute école de gestion ou formation jugée équivalente

Formation en analyses statistiques et expérience professionnelle d'au moins 2 ans dans un domaine pertinent

Bonne connaissance des métiers et processus RH ainsi que des indicateurs et tableaux de bord d'aide à la décision

Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Office, en particulier d'Excel

Maîtrise d'un système d'information RH et d'un outil d'informatique décisionnelle tel que Tableau

Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse, autonomie, sens de l'organisation et respect de l'éthique professionnelle
