Pour compléter son équipe, le service des Ressources humaines met au concours un poste nouvellement créé :

Spécialiste en gestion de la santé en entreprise (GSE) et case management (60\-80 %)

Vos principales missions

* Concevoir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de gestion de la santé en entreprise (GSE) en adéquation avec la stratégie RH ;

* Analyser de manière systématique les données et causes d'absentéisme afin de définir et mettre en place des mesures ciblées de prévention, d'intervention et de suivi ;

* Accompagner les collaboratrices et collaborateurs en incapacité de travail, coordonner les intervenantes et intervenants et assurer le rôle de personne de référence avec les assurances sociales ;

* Mener des entretiens de suivi et élaborer des plans de réintégration en collaboration avec les HR Academic Partner ;

* Conseiller et former les cadres dans l'accompagnement du personnel confronté à des problèmes de santé ;

* Définir, suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance afin d'évaluer l'efficacité des mesures mises en œuvre ;

* Participer à des projets RH transversaux et institutionnels.

Votre profil

* Formation de niveau tertiaire dans les domaines de la psychologie du travail, du travail social ou jugée équivalente. Une formation en GSE ou en case management est un atout

* Plusieurs années d'expérience en gestion de la santé en entreprise, idéalement dans le secteur public

* Connaissances du droit du travail, des assurances sociales et de la gestion des risques psychosociaux

* Expérience de conseil aux cadres et au personnel ainsi que dans l'animation d'ateliers

* Personnalité empathique, structurée, orientée solutions et dotée de capacités d'affirmation.

* Maîtrise du français ou de l'allemand (langue maternelle) avec d'excellentes connaissances de l'autre langue (minimum B2\). La connaissance de l'anglais est un atout. Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Strategie für das Betriebliche Gesundheitsmanagement im Einklang mit der HR\-Strategie

* Systematische Analyse von Absenzen und deren Ursachen sowie Definition und Umsetzung gezielter Präventions\- und Betreuungsmassnahmen

* Begleitung von Mitarbeitenden bei Arbeitsunfähigkeit, Koordination der beteiligten Personen und Funktion als Ansprechperson für die Sozialversicherungen

* Durchführung von Begleitgesprächen und Erarbeitung von Wiedereingliederungsplänen in Zusammenarbeit mit den HR Academic Partnern

* Beratung und Schulung von Führungskräften bei der Begleitung von Mitarbeitenden mit gesundheitlichen Problemen

* Definition, Überwachung und Analyse von Kennzahlen zur Beurteilung der Wirksamkeit der umgesetzten Massnahmen

* Mitwirkung an bereichsübergreifenden und institutionellen HR\-Projekten

Ihr Profil

* Hochschulausbildung in Arbeitspsychologie, Sozialer Arbeit oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich; Weiterbildung in Betrieblichem Gesundheitsmanagement oder Case Management von Vorteil

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement, idealerweise im öffentlichen Sektor

* Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, im Sozialversicherungswesen und im Umgang mit psychosozialen Risiken

* Erfahrung in der Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden sowie in der Leitung von Workshops

* Empathische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit sicherem Auftreten

* Muttersprache Deutsch oder Französisch mit ausgezeichneten Kenntnissen der anderen Sprache (mindestens B2\); Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Sehr gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse
