Votre mission

Transformer nos opérations industrielles grâce à l'IA.

Rattaché(e) directement à la direction, votre objectif principal sera d'insuffler l'intelligence artificielle au coeur de nos processus industriels et administratifs afin de maximiser l'efficience de nos équipes. Votre rôle ne sera pas de déployer la technologie pour le plaisir de la technique, mais d'apporter des solutions IA concrètes et sur mesure, parfaitement adaptées aux tâches quotidiennes de chaque collaborateur.

Vos responsabilités clés

  • Audit des postes et des processus : Analyser en détail chaque poste de travail et décortiquer les cahiers des charges (équipes d'usine et de bureau) pour identifier les opportunités d'automatisation et d'optimisation.
  • Solutions IA sur mesure : Concevoir, proposer et implémenter des outils et applications IA adaptés aux besoins spécifiques et au flux de travail de chaque collaborateur.
  • Accompagnement au changement : Former, guider et soutenir nos équipes sur le terrain pour garantir une adoption fluide et réussie de ces nouveaux outils.
  • Veille technologique et concurrentielle : Explorer, tester et évaluer en permanence les dernières nouveautés du marché de l'IA pour maintenir nos opérations industrielles à la pointe de l'innovation.

Votre profil

  • Expertise IA : Vous possédez une connaissance parfaite des applications IA existantes (LLM, plateformes d'automatisation, agents intelligents et outils de productivité).
  • Passion débordante : Vous êtes un(e) mordu(e) de technologies, le domaine de l'IA vous anime au quotidien et vous dédiez naturellement du temps à la veille sectorielle.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais : Un excellent niveau d'anglais (écrit et parlé) est indispensable pour maîtriser les outils technologiques mondiaux et collaborer efficacement.
  • Esprit d'analyse et sens humain : Capable de comprendre rapidement des flux de travail industriels complexes, vous faites preuve d'empathie pour identifier les points de blocage des utilisateurs.
